  • Accommodation: 
    While we strive to secure your preferred hotels, availability may vary. We�ll keep you informed of any substitutions with similar options. Check-in is typically between 12 noon and 10 am, with early check-in incurring additional charges. Please note that hotels in the Chardham region might not have elevators.
  • Triple Occupancy: 
    Depending on the hotel�s policy, a proper extra bed or mattress may be provided for the third person. Kindly advise us of any specific requirements before booking.
  • Itinerary: 
    Your tour is designed exclusively for you, and we welcome modifications before confirmation to fit your preferences and timeframe. Sightseeing will follow the planned itinerary.
  • Room Amenities: 
    Room heaters are available at an extra cost, payable directly at the hotel. Meals are fixed-menu vegetarian. You�re welcome to order additional items directly at your own expense.
  • Transportation:
    Any additional sightseeing excursions beyond the city limits and outside the planned itinerary will incur an extra charge. The package includes the car specified in the inclusions section, with upgrade options available based on your interest. 

        Car size will vary depending on your group size:


1-4 people: AC Indigo/Swift Dezire/Etios Car
5-6 people: AC Ertiga Car
7-9 people: Bolero
10-12 people: Tempo Traveler
