Vehicle breakdowns and Safety:
In case of major breakdowns, we�ll strive to arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as possible. Minor issues will be addressed promptly. Your understanding is appreciated. In hilly areas, parked vehicles, and stopped vehicles, the AC will be turned off for safety reasons. Our drivers prioritize the group�s safety and will not drive in restricted zones, narrow streets, or at night. Your cooperation in respecting these guidelines is appreciated. Loud music can distract the driver, so please refrain from playing it during the tour.
Your well-being is our priority medical check-up:
We advise getting a medical check-up before the tour and bringing any prescribed medications. Don�t hesitate to inform our representative if you experience any discomfort during the journey.

Pack light and Double-check your ID:
For your comfort and safety, we recommend bringing only essential items and avoiding valuables. Keep a close eye on your belongings throughout the tour.As per government regulations, all travelers need to carry a valid photo ID and two passport-sized copies. Students can bring their student ID cards, and informants need two passport-sized photos. These will be required during check-in at hotels, camps, and helipads.
For an extra bed:
Some hotels offer proper extra beds, while others provide mattresses. If you have a preference, please inform us in advance.

Additional points to note:

Pick-up and drop-off points are designated. Split arrivals and departures may incur additional charges.
Fuel price hikes in India may lead to adjustments in tour prices. If the increase exceeds 6% compared to the booking time, the difference needs to be settled.
Certain destinations may have restrictions on large vehicles. In such cases, alternative transportation will be arranged, and guests may need to pay directly for these local charges (not included in the package price).
Sightseeing will follow the itinerary, and no refunds will be offered for unused services or shortened stays due to unforeseen circumstances.
We strongly recommend travel insurance, as the company cannot be held liable for injuries, thefts, accidents, or other unfortunate events during the tour. We also reserve the right to cancel services for unpaid bookings.
